Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Pre-Order Items

Some Somnium products may be offered as pre-order items. This means the item is not currently in stock and will be produced after the pre-order period.

Estimated production time for pre-order items is 2–4 weeks, after which the order will be shipped.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Please note that all pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on production and shipping conditions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be included in this email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Somnium is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Somnium is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Somnium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If needed, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help where possible.
